건조기 내부의 회전자가 뜨거운 공기 주입과 회전운동을 동시에 실행하여 수지에 존재하는 수분을 제거하도록 설계되었습니다.
따라서 폴리머 & 분쇄 플라스틱으로 필라멘트 제작시 발생되는 수분의 문제를 완전히 해결해 줍니다.
PE,PS,PP,PET,PET 및 나일론을 포함한 대부분의 수지 건조가 가능합니다.

- Set up your AIRID Polymer Dryer
1) Plug in the power cable and turn on the power switch on the back of the machine.
2) Place hopper on the dryer and make sure the rotational coupling on the bottom of the hopper is engaged.
3) Tighten the quick release nut firmly.
4) Connect the temperature sensor to the body of the dryer.
5) Press once to go to the main menu on the user interface, then press "Material presets", choose your material, and hit "apply".
6) Fill the hopper with your plastic granules or regrinds and put the lid on the hopper.
7) In the main menu, select "Start Drying", then select the type of material.
8) Select the amount of material.
9) Keep the hopper lid sealed throughout the duration of the drying process.
10) Wait until the program is finished. When finished, loosen the quick release nut. (Be careful for the hot surfaces)
11) Carefully lift the hopper and pour the material into the extruder or into a storage container.
